Also: I could never put together why there were all these condo conversions (besides the obvious double/triple profits) until I realized that they're perfect for silver DINKs (great band name). Of course, they're terrible for youngish families expecting additional members, but they don't often have money anyway... Anywho, if I have to move to a suburban hell-hole because silver-flight back to hip condos in the city has made that the only viable option, I'll leave this country.* *Provided I can afford to.
