Note to Hillary and friends: back in your day, when everything cost a nickel, you could have a twenty- (or even thirty-) something&#039;s income and afford to buy a house or car and not live deep in credit card debt. Now? Not so much.</description>

In it, he posits a &quot;Gerontocracy&quot; that rules with both a self-supporting power structure and a paternalistic attitude toward the young. It&#039;s a very good book. It made me want to save my money. But then I realized I didn&#039;t have any, and that 60-year-olds had bought all the houses.</description>
