Can anyone recommend a good proxy server app for Win or Mac? Linux would be ok, but I don’t have a linux box handy right yet.

winproxy for windows is pretty decent. It’s nearly fully functional as well. What are you looking for in a proxy? Are you looking for web caching, port blocking, etc?
